Coaching Overview

Consistency and Accountability are the two biggest factors when it comes to reaching our performance goals.

The Nourished Athlete One-to-One Coaching packages provide both of these key support tools, and also provide you with a plan that is tailored to your goals, what's going on in your life, and your personal preferences. And if those change, so does the plan.

Our coaching plan approach athletic wellness and performance from a integrative lens with the whole athlete in mind. It brings together sports and functional nutrition, restorative and corrective movement, and focused mindset exercises to fully nourish you as an athlete, and help conquer even the unseen obstacles that are in the way of your full potential.

All coaching sessions are 45-minutes, and we can meet via Zoom or phone. An additional option is a coaching day where the session occurs via Voxer or WhatsApp between 9am and 9pm of one specific day.

 Coaching sessions in packages occur over 3 months. You have the option to pay in full or pay monthly on an auto-debit option. After the 3 months is over, you will have the option to enroll in another 3-month program or continue monthly.

Is this program right for you?

This program is for any girl, age 10-18, or woman who is looking to improve her athletic performance. If you're ready to address the factors outside of traditional diet & training that most sports performance programs focus on, then coaching with Beth is right for you


If you're struggle with gut imbalances, fatigue, stress management, sport-life balance, injury or pain, hormonal concerns, or mental blocks, then Beth's use of integrative sports performance & nutrition might be what you need to get you back on track to your athletic goals.

You will learn a variety of wellness tools centering on nutrition, mindset, and movement to help you move into a more balanced and effective way of performance training. Not only do we look at your nutrition & training needs, we will discuss issues such as mental blocks, sleep, emotional intelligence, stress management, sleep, and goal setting. You will also learn how to flex and adjust when life throw obstacles at you or your own goals change. By the end of the 3 months, you will come out more confident in yourself and your approach to your sports training.

This is totally up to your own needs. The group coaching provides a weekly call discuss the week's topic, answer questions, and to help implement that topic into you wellness plan. Private coaching is helpful to address some of the major concerns that are keeping your from progressing in your sport or fitness training. It's also very helpful for those who thrive with more accountability and direct check ins. Private coaching doesn't have to be forever, but is really helpful in getting back on track and having a plan to refer to.
